Job Summary
Conduct technical development and 3D modeling of electrical installations for utility, residential, and decarbonization projects. Translate designs, calculations, and specifications into detailed BIM models covering lighting, power systems, cabling, distribution boards, security, and data networks. Coordinate with engineers, preparers, and project leaders while performing clash detection, clash resolution, and model validation against technical drawings and standards. Develop construction drawings and detailings, identify implementation bottlenecks, and propose practical technical solutions to ensure designs are fully executable.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring als E-Modelleur binnen de installatietechniek
- Ruime ervaring met BIM en 3D-modelleren
- Ervaring met Revit
- Ervaring met AutoCAD
- Kennis van elektrotechnische installaties binnen de utiliteitsbouw en/of woningbouw
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en gestructureerd werken
- Sterke communicatie en samenwerking met collega's van verschillende disciplines
- Afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek of Installatietechniek
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met BIM-coördinatie en clashcontrole
- Ervaring met systemen zoals Syntess / ERP
