Job Summary
E-mail Design & Campaign Specialist responsible for designing and executing responsive email campaigns using HTML/CSS, Photoshop, and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign. Responsibilities include resizing/modifying images, coding and debugging emails, end-to-end campaign management for email, push, and other touchpoints, audience profiling with marketing automation tools, A/B testing, content publishing, translation workflows, and acting as a subject-matter expert for related projects. Requires 2+ years of email/digital marketing experience and a degree in Computers, Marketing, or a related field; proficiency with email platforms (SFMC, Marketo, AWS) and HTML/CSS is essential; knowledge of SQL and graphic design tools is a plus. Remote option is in-person at Gurugram, India; candidate should be able to work from office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computers, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and troubleshooting
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
