Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of ELLKAY’s web-based training program, driving engagement and learning outcomes through innovative curriculum design while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years building and managing eLearning/WBT for software products
- 2+ years owning program strategy and/or leading vendors/contractors
- LMS administration experience
- Hands-on expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) or Adobe Captivate
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and/or cmi5 and accessibility
- Strong instructional design, visual communication, and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
- Video editing (Camtasia or Adobe CC)
- Graphics editing and creation (Adobe CC)
- Basic audio editing (Adobe Audition)
- Healthcare IT familiarity
- Certification program operations
