Job Summary
Execute assigned Maintenance Work Process responsibilities to support cohesion and collaboration while applying established quality protocols for notifications. Manage equipment replacement due to obsolescence, reliability issues, or service changes, and drive standardization through problem-solving and engineering integration. Serve as the functional expert for assigned discipline equipment, providing technical consultation to Craft, Engineering, and Project groups while maintaining accurate documentation, P&ID drawings, and maintenance manuals. Steward PM inventory by building plans, revalidating schedules, and monitoring equipment shipping and repair QAQC activities. Ensure daily administration of the department and provide vacation relief as needed.

- Functional and technical expert for assigned discipline equipment used in the refinery
- Maintenance Work Process responsibilities
- Quality protocol for entering notifications
- Review, approve, reject, and/or manage notifications
- Equipment replacement due to age (Obsolescence)
- Equipment replacement due to reliability issues (Defect Elimination)
- Equipment replacement / evaluation due to service change (Management of Change)
- Equipment service evaluation
- Drive standardization
- Problem solving
- Integrate Engineering input into planning
- Integrate Engineering input into PM Plan development, maintenance, and execution
- Become the MOC / Technical Evaluation Coordinator for assigned discipline
- Equipment Information / Specification Sheets
- Work Instructions / Procedures
- Engineering / Standards Documentation
- P&ID's and other Drawings & Documents
- Software Bank
- Maintenance Manuals
- Manufacturer / Vendor Technical Assistance Resources
