E&I Technician

Job Summary
Implement and monitor engineering systems and processes for E&I to maximise process efficiency and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on a 24 hour shift system. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to ensure effective communication across the site. Carry out E&I support and execution of work under the direction of the E&I Team Leader. Manage contractors and control of their work areas. Utilise best practices to ensure compliance with E&I standards. Carry out asset management and maintenance activities to completion within required timeframes. Work with other engineers and technicians to develop strategic plans for facility availability and implement strategies as required.
Required Qualifications
- Apprenticeship or equivalent in Engineering, Mining, Heavy Industry
- 5+ industrial experience
- 3+ supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
