Job Summary
Direct and coordinate Electrical group activities at the construction site, providing management oversight for all project phases including workers, materials, and equipment. Monitor daily work progress, evaluate subordinates, and resolve scheduling conflicts by assessing task interactions and priorities. Administer policies, write reports, conduct performance appraisals, and recommend wage adjustments while maintaining job site safety and quality assurance standards. Requires a Journeyman or Master Electrical License, five years supervising heavy industrial electrical projects, and experience in Oil & Gas. Full-time role in Permian Basin with stable career advancement and a safety-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supervising Heavy Industrial Electrical projects involving a variety of layout, installation, and construction and maintenance tasks
- Must hold a current Journeyman or Master Electrical License
- Oil & Gas and Power experience required
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess valid drivers' license with a good driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk the property and laydown yards
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
