E&I Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and follow up on daily maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely execution. Investigate and resolve faults in electrical and instrumentation systems, supporting corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with in-house and external contractors for day-to-day services and major shutdown maintenance, including work planning and site coordination. Assist in developing long-term maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability. Monitor spare parts inventory, manage receiving and issuing updates, and assist with purchase requests. Ensure accurate documentation of calibration records, maintenance files, and compliance with ISO standards and internal SOPs. Uphold EHS policies, support safety management systems, and contribute to minimizing Major Accident Hazards. Requires a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation engineering with at least five years of hands-on experience in E&I senior technician or supervisor roles in a chemical plant, including knowledge of DCS and PLC systems.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent
- Min 5 years hands on experience in E&I senior technician/supervisor in a chemical plant
- Must have knowledge and hand-on experience with DCS and PLC system
- Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process
- Good team player and communication skills
