E&I Field Engineer / Coordinator

Job Summary
Monitor construction activities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and review specifications to ensure project progress adheres to the contract. Interface with site construction, home office, and field teams to resolve design conflicts, maintain as-built drawings, and develop work packages. Support task planning, develop IFC quantities for the tracking system, and interface with vendors to ensure timely material delivery. Review IFC drawings for cost and schedule impacts, and assist in developing change orders for scope variances. Requires minimum four years in industrial construction, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time position in Odessa, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in industrial construction
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of computer software with experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and other common business software
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
