Job Summary
Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation business by developing and executing long-term growth plans, pursuing major strategic contracts, and building the organization required to deliver them. Shape the business strategy, design its structure, mentor technical leaders, strengthen client relationships, and ensure technical credibility behind every proposal. Present confidently at the executive level while knowing when to lead from the front or roll up your sleeves. Transform the existing team and client base into the premier industrial E&I service provider across Alberta and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building or significantly growing a division, business unit, or company
- Knowledge of the Alberta industrial electrical market
- Understanding of competitors in the Alberta industrial electrical market
- Knowledge of the labour landscape in the Alberta industrial electrical market
- Experience moving across union, open shop, and alternative labour models
- Ability to bridge technical credibility with business leadership
- Current role running a division or P&L within industrial electrical or instrumentation contracting
- Experience driving a similar mandate to a bigger stage
