Operate the HIL Test Lab by managing EHS safety protocols and maintaining 5S standards for equipment and workstations. Assist in building and organizing HIL test benches, including wiring, labeling, and hardware debugging. Execute basic vehicle software or hardware-in-the-loop tests while recording data and tracking issues. Propose and implement efficiency improvements using Python, C++, or AI tools to automate testing workflows. This internship supports the global engineering team at Caterpillar, offering hands-on exposure to vehicle electronic systems and real-world project environments.
