E-Discovery Support Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage multiple high-visibility eDiscovery cases for the Department of Justice, serving as the primary government point of contact for support. Coordinate with US Attorneys, Case Managers, and Contracting Officer Representatives to define requirements, schedules, and budgets while overseeing workflow, progress reporting, and resource allocation. Handle technical and data processing activities across the EDRM spectrum, from document acquisition through trial support, ensuring quality assurance and strict security compliance. Maintain active communication with opposing counsel and client agency staff to deliver litigation support.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major e-discovery/litigation support projects
  • proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys
  • Demonstrated experience working in eDiscovery document review platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activities
