E-Discovery Project Manager

Job Summary
Create and update project plans, resolve resource conflicts, and facilitate solutions across department boundaries while tracking progress on multiple concurrent projects. Monitor all projects to assess risks to timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction, then design mitigation strategies to avoid issues. Ensure successful completion by effectively facilitating, tracking, and reporting status through standardized dashboards and metric reporting. Design, implement, and participate in quality control of all tasks and deliverables, assessing issues to assure remediation plans are in effect. Adapt to changes inside and outside projects to drive timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate
- Active U.S. bar license in good standing
- Experience with transactional legal work
- Strong knowledge of contracts
- Experience with Document Review work (1 st level review; 2nd level review; Quality Control/Quality Assurance; Privilege Logs)
- Experience as a Team Lead and/or Project Lead
- Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels
- Strong presentation skills
- Good consultative, client focus & service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to create new and compelling solutions for our clients
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and dig into the substance
- Experience with Relativity
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of directly related project management experience (desired, but not required we will train the right individuals)
