Job Summary
Oversee a team of four to five data processors while managing RelOne and Relativity projects for the Civil Rights Division. Train staff on data loading, PDF/native file production, and analytics, then execute advanced analytics, troubleshooting, and statistical reporting yourself. Prioritize tasks, resolve technical issues, and consult with Systems and Project Managers on ESI specifications. Contribute to legal proceedings such as 26(f) conferences and briefings on emerging litigation support technology. Maintain current knowledge of software applications and infrastructure while working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process
- EDRM workflow
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity One (front end and back end)
- Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
- Advanced hands-on experience with Review (formerly Active Learning)
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed planning and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of processes at each stage of eDiscovery lifecycle
- Solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks and other sources of data
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines
- US Citizen
- Public Trust clearance
