Job Summary
Select, move, and load products manually and with material handling equipment to fulfill customer orders. Support warehouse operations including picking, receiving, replenishment, put-away, and order loading while ensuring timely fulfillment. Use assigned tools safely, verify tote IDs, stage orders for transport, and maintain clean aisles following "clean as you go" practices. Download, print, invoice, and manage daily orders in warehouse systems while maintaining scanner/equipment logs. Work Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm with overtime available, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working with pet food products and able to regularly lift and carry 50 lbs or more
- Knowledge of items that are in stock and to be shipped
- Ability to read packs, order labels, other information and match to visible items and other data
- Ability to perform computer lookup/inquiries to determine product location and/or description
- Knowledge and practice of safe lifting techniques
- Attention to detail, good decision-making skills
- Positive attitude, team focus – successful working both independently and cooperatively with others
- Ability and willingness to work with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
