Job Summary

E-commerce Support Administrator responsible for supporting the Ecommerce function at branch level, including printing and transmitting orders, preparing shipments, creating picklists, packaging, generating UPS shipping labels, entering orders via handheld devices, and communicating daily results to branch management. Role includes end-of-day transmission of handheld orders into the WEB snack system, managing shipping supplies, and informing management when supplies need to be ordered. Preference for experience in food/beverage distribution and prior e-commerce support and supply chain administrative duties.

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • 1-3 years experience supporting a sales /distribution team with the order fulfillment process
  • 1-3 years of Administrative Support in a supply chain environment
  • Intermediate level experience prioritizing tasks / demonstrated time management
  • Microsoft office experience
