Job Summary
Manage the eCommerce shipping process by printing orders, packaging items to minimize DIM weight, and ensuring accurate shipment compliance with FedEx and USPS guidelines. Oversee inventory and stock rotation for assigned areas, scan and list eBooks products, and purge older listings as directed. Monitor daily production goals, respond to customer enquiries within one business day, and analyze reports from marketplaces and third-party platforms to make revenue and process improvement recommendations. Train and coach shipping and eBooks employees while maintaining supplies and requesting timely orders. Open and close the department as scheduled, supporting revenue generation and expense control within the ShopGoodwill eCommerce Department.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED equivalent
- Must have knowledge of online sales platforms such as eBay and Amazon
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Windows and Word
- Must have ability to analyze reports-driven data from carriers such as FedEx and USPS, as well as platforms such as Neatoscan, Packsize, Amazon, and Ebay
- Valid driver's license required

- Previous shipping experience preferred
- General experience with doing online research is strongly desired
