E-commerce Strategy & Operations Lead

Job Summary
E-commerce Strategy & Operations Lead responsible for owning growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple marketplaces (Amazon and others) with end-to-end oversight from strategy to hands-on execution. Lead a team of 5 specialists, drive 12–24 month growth plans by marketplace/category/SKU, manage pricing, promotions, logistics, VAT, and marketplace fees, and oversee performance marketing (Amazon Ads, PPC, external traffic) to optimize ROAS. Own inventory planning, fulfillment strategy (FBA/FBM, 3PL), and supplier collaboration, while building dashboards to monitor revenue, margin, market share, inventory, returns, and KPI performance. Develop and implement SKU architecture, assortment strategy, and a strong pricing position; improve product visibility through SEO and content, and manage ratings/reviews across marketplaces. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, production, design, and legal; mentor a team to drive discipline, standards, and a high-performance culture. Remote work available within the EU.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in e-commerce/marketplace/Amazon ecosystem roles
- Proven P&L or revenue ownership
- Experience in performance marketing (PPC, ROAS optimization, external traffic)
- Strong analytical mindset with BI, dashboards, forecasting
- Hands-on leadership experience
