Job Summary
Coordinate orders and delivery with the shopping manager while picking, storing, and labeling products correctly. Retrieve and fill customers' orders accurately and on time, maintaining a neat personal appearance and proper sanitation procedures. Handle each transaction efficiently to reduce shrink and damage, ensuring items are the finest the store offers. Notify management of customer comments, security problems, or product errors. Master the store layout for efficient picking and work with associates to build a strong team. Complete onboarding and e-learning checklists within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple orders within a given time frame
- Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
