Job Summary
E-Commerce Specialist responsible for hands-on product listing and optimization to expand online merchandise and boost visibility and sales. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing listings with best practices for titles, descriptions, images, and other content; identifying opportunities to increase online merchandise; analyzing sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements; using data-driven insights to optimize listings and suggest new products; selecting high-value merchandise from the Center/Store for online sale; photographing and presenting merchandise effectively; continuously enhancing the online shopping experience; meeting daily posting quotas and sales targets; collaborating with District Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and team members in daily ecommerce operations; requires High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication, computer, SEO, and Photoshop skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of customer service and/or retail experience
