Job Summary
Own the day-to-day execution and quality of the online product catalog across internal platforms and external marketplace partners. Maintain product additions, removals, and lifecycle updates while ensuring images, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and assortment data are accurate and optimized. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Data Integrity, and third-party partners to align content with in-store experience and resolve service tickets. Conduct regular catalog audits, perform user acceptance testing on platform features, and document workflows to support scalability. Partner with IT teams to define requirements for catalog enhancements and maintain data standards within the MDM platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or catalog/product data management
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex product data systems, such as Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets accurately
- Solid understanding of product margins and basic profit and loss concepts
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‐functionally and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with third‐party marketplaces or external eCommerce partners
- Familiarity with content syndication, product taxonomy, and attribute standards
- Experience supporting platform testing or enhancement initiatives
- Comfort working independently in a fast‐paced, high‐accountability environment
