Job Summary
Coordinate with the sales team to receive confirmed orders and prepare execution plans as per client requirements. Identify and negotiate with vendors, raise purchase orders, and follow up on material delivery. Oversee gift packing, branding, and customization while coordinating with logistics partners for timely dispatch. Track shipments, update order status in CRM/ERP systems, and handle billing coordination with the finance team. Maintain operational MIS reports and ensure on-time delivery of bulk corporate gift orders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BBA/MBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge on systems
- Data handling
- Time management
- Proficient in Ms office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Languages (English and Hindi)
