Job Summary
Monitor E-Commerce workflow, address safety and product flow issues, and manage break schedules while coaching staff on performance and protocols. Teach product research procedures, verify listing descriptions and photos for accuracy, and assist with supply stock ordering. Act as the team lead and Safety Representative, ensuring duties are completed safely and timely. Maintain a clean work area, adapt to technology updates, and cross-train in other departments as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- A Minimum of one (1) year's E-Commerce sales experience
- Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- Detail oriented and very organized
- Advanced level of knowledge to identify and describe high-end merchandise
- Ability to effectively write and proofread item descriptions for clarity, spelling, and grammar
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers through verbal and electronic means
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to withstand prolonged sitting/standing, reaching, and bending up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack
- Ability to work a varied schedule which may include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed with occasional overtime
