Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end content-to-campaign pipeline, coordinating agencies, freelancers, UGC creators, and media buyers to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and campaigns launch successfully. Track deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple brands while removing blockers and escalating only high-impact issues requiring leadership involvement. Monitor business performance using metrics such as ROAS, contribution margin, and profitability to identify underperforming initiatives and coordinate corrective actions. Build and optimize project management systems, documentation, and SOPs to improve execution efficiency and operational visibility. Fluent English communication and 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketing operations are required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Project Management, Brand Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Strong experience with Shopify and the Shopify ecosystem
- Experience working with D2C e-commerce brands
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, agencies, and external partners simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Comfortable interpreting performance metrics, including ROAS, contribution margin, profitability, and overall business performance
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Meta Ads or performance marketing teams
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and UGC creator management
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar project management platforms
- Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously
- Understanding of inventory planning, merchandising, or broader e-commerce operations
