E-Commerce Performance and SEO Senior Manager

Job Summary
Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic networks, and affiliate marketing while managing media budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and conversion performance. Develop full-funnel strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion, conducting audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer lifecycle campaigns. Lead the Performance Marketing team, supervise daily activities, and mentor staff. Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings by optimizing on-page elements, technical initiatives, and editorial calendars. Monitor campaign KPIs, website health, and rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Prepare performance reports, lead A/B testing for ads and funnels, and coordinate with creative teams on ad assets.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years' experience in web-marketing and CRO environment
- At least 8 years' experience in SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console tool
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, especially Excel
- HTML good knowledge
- Proficiency knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be precise, well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Excellent analytical and time management skills. Preference to work with number
