Job Summary

E-commerce Optimisation Executive at Hearst UK focused on growing subscriptions and memberships by migrating and optimising e-commerce journeys. Responsibilities include maintaining storefronts in Adobe Commerce/Magento (subscription pages, landing pages, content blocks), implementing onsite campaign changes, planning campaign updates, turning business and UX requirements into detailed briefs for the checkout provider, coordinating UAT and regression testing, drafting and prioritising CRO/backlog with hypotheses, QA of experiments pre- and post-launch, applying ecommerce UX best practices to improve conversion, monitoring subscription funnels in GA4, producing performance summaries, and ensuring GA4 events and GTM tagging fire correctly. Requires collaboration with Optimisation Lead and Delivery Manager, stakeholder management, and maintaining QA/UAT documentation and a central learnings library. Desirable: intermediate GA4, ecommerce experience, Magento/Adobe CMS, HTML/CSS, CRO, and digital marketing expertise.
