E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate

Job Summary
This is a high-growth, cross-functional role for an E-commerce Operations & Growth Associate. You will own projects end-to-end across operations, marketing, product development, research, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include researching and turning findings into actionable solutions, supporting and optimizing e-commerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), identifying inefficiencies and implementing better systems and workflows, assisting with product development and sourcing/testing, brainstorming and executing growth opportunities, handling a mix of daily tasks and strategic work, and using tools like ChatGPT and Helium 10 to support operations, research, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, experienced with e-commerce operations, capable of managing multiple priorities, and proactive in contributing ideas and improvements. This IS a hands-on, non-repetitive role with direct collaboration with the founder and opportunities to learn every part of a growing e-commerce brand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or strong familiarity with e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools such as: ChatGPT, Helium 10, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, adaptable, and proactive mindset
