Job Summary
Lead the E-Commerce/Online department to develop and implement e-commerce strategies, oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the online store to ensure a user-friendly, visually appealing experience, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, manage the e-commerce budget for ROI, lead a team of e-commerce professionals, coordinate with product management to add new products, optimize SEO and UX across digital platforms, monitor market trends and competitor activity, enhance customer service processes, and drive digital sales across marketplaces and dot com with a focus on strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 14 years of experience in Sales and E-Commerce handling both marketplaces and dot com
- Experience in managing large-scale digital projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
