Job Summary
Pack and ship items to the warehouse while tracking and organizing inventory across both in-store new goods and online sales channels. Identify high-value items for online sales and assist in driving profitability across new goods and eCommerce channels. Monitor key performance indicators, collaborate with leadership to improve team performance, and maintain clean, safe workspaces. Drive sales with a strong customer focus while working with diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or any job related experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the essential functions of the position
- Good team building skills
- Ability to drive sales
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work with a diverse group of customers and staff
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to determine when to direct a problem or situation to a supervisor
- Acceptable results of CORI check according to Goodwill policy and requirements
