E-Commerce Merchandising Team Lead

Execute and lead the team on on-site merchandising activities including product categorization, sort orders, site search, filtering, and navigation to reinforce a positive brand experience. Oversee product taxonomy, navigation, and search optimization while managing seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and homepage strategies. Perform pricing, inventory, and SEO checks with high-level quality assurance and testing, leveraging reporting tools to analyze campaign performance. Maintain the merchandising calendar and collaborate with the Director, E-Commerce & Marketing team to ensure key initiatives and deadlines are met. Support team learning and development while troubleshooting site improvement initiatives.
