Job Summary
Manage ecommerce activity across UK and EU markets, ensuring updates are implemented accurately and on time while monitoring key trading metrics like conversion rate and revenue growth. Own the trading calendar and content strategy, coordinating product launches, sale events, and seasonal campaigns to deliver seamless customer journeys. Optimize visual merchandising on homepages and category pages, manage product setup in Shopify, and maintain CMS content to ensure brand consistency. Drive testing initiatives for conversion optimization, enhance discoverability through SEO best practices, and resolve website issues such as broken links or missing images. Build weekly and monthly reports on international performance metrics and collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align site activity with the commercial calendar.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online trading role
- ideally within DTC beauty or retail
- multi-market exposure
- Proficiency with Shopify
- CMS/PIM platform experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Attention to detail
- ability to manage high content volumes accurately across markets under tight deadlines
- Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised
- able to prioritise competing workstreams and see ideas through to delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaborator
- excellent interpersonal skills
- educated to degree level or equivalent
