Job Summary
E-Commerce Marketplace Analyst responsible for turning insights into action through recurring reporting across sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, availability, content, promotions, media, and digital shelf health; translate reporting into clear insights, recommended actions, and next steps; monitor omnichannel and eRetail growth across priority digital retailers and marketplaces; identify opportunities to improve discoverability, conversion, item performance, content quality, ratings and reviews, and digital shelf execution; surface and help resolve executional issues such as availability, pricing, catalog setup, content gaps, and delayed delivery windows; monitor PDP health and support content optimization and launch readiness; collaborate across brand marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, agencies, and external partners; maintain action trackers, issue logs, launch trackers, promotional calendars, reporting tools, and performance scorecards; develop leadership materials and recap decks for strategic analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, digital retail, omnichannel sales, retail media, marketplace management, category management, or commercial analytics
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
