Job Summary
Hands-on E-Commerce Manager accountable for the day-to-day operation of two Shopify Plus storefronts, including merchandising, QA/QC, and optimization to support campaigns, product launches, and business growth. Own product data, collections, navigation, and promotional content, drive site presentation and CRO efforts, collaborate with creative/marketing, leverage AI/LLMs in daily workflows, and ensure accurate, high-quality storefronts ready for launches and updates.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience in DTC, retail, or consumer products
- Strong Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day website operations with a high level of accuracy
- Extremely detail-oriented mindset with strong QA/QC habits
- Comfortable reviewing websites regularly and proactively identifying issues
- Experience managing products, collections, navigation, landing pages, promotions, redirects, and merchandising updates
- Ability to use CSV-based tools such as Matrixify or similar product import/export tools
- Strong understanding of e-commerce UX, merchandising, and conversion best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, operations, and technical teams
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Regular hands-on usage of LLMs or AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity
