Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the e-commerce website, overseeing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates. Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue while leading the e-commerce team to achieve business goals. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and product launches, monitor website performance and conversion rates, and analyze data using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Prepare regular sales reports and work closely with operations and customer support to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing with 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion or retail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, online merchandising, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry will be preffered.
