E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

E-Commerce/ eBusiness Manager for the Northern Europe region responsible for developing and executing the regional eBusiness marketing strategy to accelerate adoption, usage and commercial success of the digital ecosystem (Customer & Partner Portal, Partner Web-Shops, EDI solutions, digital Product Catalogue). Drive engagement, activation, and usage with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Global Sales & Service) and regional management; increase traffic, activation, online buyers, and overall eBusiness performance while enhancing the customer experience. Key duties include creating the regional eBusiness strategy aligned with global priorities, promoting the eCommerce offering to customers and partners, executing targeted digital marketing to support lead generation and online sales, co-creating content with internal marketing teams, supporting cross-selling/upselling initiatives, monitoring and reporting performance, optimizing the customer journey and product catalogue, supporting global Online Sales roadmap at regional level, training internal teams and external users, ensuring GDPR/digital governance compliance, managing budgets and ROI, and collaborating with international teams. Requirements include a university degree in marketing or business, strong experience in digital marketing and eCommerce (B2B preferred), expertise in CMS/CRM/marketing automation/SEO/SEA/analytics/eCommerce platforms/EDI and customer portals, strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, and excellent English (German a plus); willingness to travel regionally (quarterly). Based in Hamburg with partial remote work option.
