E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of our online sales channels, drive ecommerce growth, and coordinate with content creation and product fulfillment teams to scale online revenue. Responsibilities include managing listings and content, promotions, merchandising, optimization of conversion and AOV, monitoring trends and competitor activity, expanding into new marketplaces or digital channels, SKU setup and seasonal changes, coordinating with support teams for product updates, enforcing brand consistency across digital storefronts, overseeing product listings and content quality, analytics and reporting, fulfillment coordination, inventory planning, and driving improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years of ecommerce management experience, with strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a relevant field.
- 5–7+ years of ecommerce management experience
- Experience managing B2B2C or omnichannel e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using ecommerce reporting tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
