Manage Shopify product and content, including text, images, and variants. Support email campaign execution in Klaviyo through segmentation, sending, and analysis. Handle daily order processing, returns, and customer service cases. Maintain article data in the PlentyONE ERP system and assist with inventory imports and reconciliations. Analyze KPIs such as conversion rates and sessions to prepare reports. Contribute to ongoing performance marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok. Help build and maintain internal processes and documentation.
