E-Commerce Manager (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end Shopify store management, plan and execute product launches and promotions, build and optimize landing pages to drive conversions, stay current with Shopify developments, and collaboratively drive a long-term CRO strategy. Identify and prioritise A/B test opportunities, communicate specifications to the development team, and manage the A/B test backlog. Apply SEO and AEO best practices to improve visibility and organic growth, develop strategies to improve discoverability in AI-assisted search responses, and document results in a shared knowledge base. Work in a small, focused team with a Berlin-based office and up to 3 days of remote work per week, with extended remote periods as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce or Shopify-based store management
- hands-on experience building and customizing Shopify stores
- experience running A/B tests from hypothesis to analysis
- proactive and solution-oriented with initiative-taking
- data-driven with proficiency in GA4, funnel analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings
- curious about AI tools to improve analysis, content, or automation
- solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how discoverability connects to conversion
- proficiency in English and solid understanding of German (French/Italian/Dutch a plus)
- structured, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams independently
