Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving online revenue growth through the development and execution of ecommerce channel strategies. Key responsibilities include owning the strategy and performance of digital sales channels, managing operational performance across online channels, and overseeing brand compliance with marketplace policies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, particularly with Amazon and other platforms. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or digital retail.
- Experience working with Amazon (1P, 3P, or hybrid) and/or other e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce brand accelerators like Spreetail is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
