Job Summary
Describe items according to product listing guidelines including measurements, product information, and product flaws/damage for Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay. Enter product information into listing software, choose appropriate listing categories and strategies to maximize revenue, and write content optimized for online search. Take accurate weight and measurements of products, handle fragile items with care, and move completed items to staging areas. Safeguard all donated goods by reporting suspicious behavior or incidents of theft. Ensure cost-effective shipping methods are used for each item while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area. Meet daily listing goals and communicate needs with team members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Past experience in E-Commerce or similar experience
- general knowledge of jewelry, collectibles and/or electronics
- Excellent customer service skills
- effective written and verbal communication
- Strong internet navigation skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 28 words per minute with a high-level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
