Job Summary
Assign tasks, monitor production goals, and provide training for donation attendant associates while receiving, sorting, and processing donated goods. Uphold Goodwill's Amazing Customer Experience culture by maintaining a positive work environment and adhering to safety procedures. Prepare salvage materials for transportation and ensure good housekeeping practices throughout the shift. Report work injuries and potential policy violations as required. This role involves daily operations supporting the donation center, requiring moderate physical demands and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
