Job Summary
E-Commerce Key Account Manager responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee), owning commercial negotiations, joint business planning, and performance tracking with marketplace partners. Drive sales growth through assortment optimisation, promotional planning, and visibility strategies; collaborate with external e-commerce enablers and oversee agency performance across store operations, merchandising, digital content, and campaign execution. Ensure alignment between brand objectives and enabler deliverables; develop pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies aligned with FMCG calendars; manage promotional activations (mega campaigns like 9.9, 11.11, 12.12). Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to launch and execute campaigns, coordinate inventory to prevent stock-outs or overstock during key promotions; operate in a lean, fast-paced environment with ownership across strategy and execution, supporting product launches and digital content readiness.
