Job Summary
Provide individual equipment consulting to loyal subscribers and customers via email, phone, or chat while coordinating all e-commerce processes with our warehouse management system. Order merchandise from suppliers and ensure all orders are executed in the customer's best interest through close collaboration with the service team. Stay current on photography trends through online media and professional training to offer competent advice on the latest manufacturer actions. Work closely with the online marketing team to support current campaigns. This role involves a mix of e-commerce and social commerce duties, including the long-term development and operation of the ZIELFOTO platform in collaboration with top YouTubers.
Required Qualifications
- E-Commerce Kaufmann / Sales Manager (m/w/d)
- idealerweise bereits im Fotofachhandel tätig (gewesen), sei es im lokalen oder E-Commerce Verkauf
