Job Summary
Manage the e-commerce website on Shopify and associated apps by creating new products, updating inventory in the ERP system, and editing product photos. Maintain accurate master data records and ensure all store content displays correctly. Respond to customer order enquires, exchanges, refunds, and complaints while coordinating order fulfilment with the logistics and warehouse teams. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. This full-time paid internship requires a minimum 6-month commitment from residents in Singapore.

- Undergraduate student status
