Job Summary
E-Commerce Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist responsible for managing day-to-day fulfillment operations with warehouses and carriers (UPS, FedEx) and handling e-commerce customer inquiries, returns, and claims. Supports wholesale and B2B shipments, collaborates with operations to optimize processes, ensures data accuracy in order management systems, and may assist with implementing new tools to enhance e-commerce operations and customer experience. Requires independent, detail-oriented work style, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Shopify/WMS is a plus. Remote role with EST hours in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment and customer service
- Familiarity with Shopify or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
