E-Commerce & Digital Senior Manager

Job Summary
Develop and maintain digital toolkits, governance frameworks, and best practices for AGI's partner network while executing transformation initiatives to increase ecommerce penetration and omnichannel integration. Manage digital performance KPIs across key markets by maintaining forecasting models, revenue targets, and ROI benchmarks, then drive data-led decision making to support partners in meeting performance standards. Execute integrated performance marketing strategies, optimize media architecture and channel mix, and ensure excellence in paid media, SEO/GEO, CRM, and social deployment. Act as the key digital point of contact for franchise partners, coordinating with ecommerce managers and contributing to capability-building programs and digital playbooks. Collaborate with IT, marketing, and sales teams to align on priorities, support UX optimization, and monitor emerging technologies for the experimentation roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience with strong digital and ecommerce focus
- 2–3 years in a people management or team lead role
- Retail and/or franchise network experience
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to digital revenue growth
- Solid expertise in performance marketing, media strategy, CRM, SEO/GEO and ecommerce optimization
- Strong analytical capability; proficiency in Google Analytics, ad platforms and attribution modeling
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
- Experience with email marketing software and CRM automation tools
- Experience managing marketing budgets with ROI accountability
- Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and international partners
- Strategic thinker with solid commercial acumen
- Strong organizational and project management skills
