E-Commerce & B2B Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary
Manage the company's e-commerce business by optimizing product listings, executing SEO strategies, and monitoring site performance to drive organic traffic and sales. Serve as the lead for marketplace storefronts on Amazon and other platforms, handling pricing, promotions, and content while partnering with marketing on digital advertising and email campaigns. Oversee inside sales activities for B2B accounts, managing customer portals and resolving escalated issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and reporting across e-commerce performance, sales activity, and account details. Report on KPIs and recommend improvements to support overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing e-commerce websites and/or marketplace storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SEO practices and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics or similar)
- Experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- Ability to manage customer issues with professionalism and sound judgment
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field
- Ability to Commute to Port Allen, LA 70767
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with major retail or marketplace portals preferred
- Familiarity with email marketing or digital advertising platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Amazon Ads) a plus
