Job Summary
As an E-commerce Associate, you will be responsible for selecting high valued merchandise for online sales, testing items for functionality, using third-party software for listings and shipments, assisting with photography, providing customer support, and meeting posting quotas and sales targets. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate relevant competency, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The role requires physical ability to handle and move merchandise, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to ensure adequate store coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience
- Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
