E-Commerce Assistant

Manage and maintain product SKUs, ensuring accurate creation, assignment, and organization across Neto and other e-commerce platforms. Ensure all product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications remain accurate and up to date. Perform regular audits of Neto listings to identify and resolve discrepancies, while updating product tagging to improve searchability. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to reflect promotions and special offers correctly, and assist in creating new product listings with complete data. Monitor stock levels, liaise with the inventory team to update availability and lead times, and provide support for resolving e-commerce-related issues and customer inquiries. Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks including reporting and analytics.
