Job Summary
Coordinate online orders and delivery drivers to ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining product quality and freshness. Lead and coach the personal shopping team, conducting training sessions, administering discipline, and motivating associates to achieve high morale. Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory checks, and equipment maintenance for scanners, vehicles, and POS systems. Handle customer complaints, process refunds, and ensure strict adherence to wage, hour, and sanitation policies. Assist the department manager with budgeting and break scheduling to maintain payroll consistency.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Complete training in the E-Commerce department
- Ability to display initiative and work with limited supervision
- Ability to handle multiple orders within a given time frame
- Basic computer knowledge with willingness to learn
- Capable of following verbal directions
- Organized
