Job Summary
Provide end to end Tealeaf infrastructure support by working closely with clients to identify key events and segments for Tealeaf reporting. Monitor and analyze session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues adversely impacting conversion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an e-commerce environment
- 2+ years of experience in performing Tealeaf implementation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Site catalyst
- Experience in Dynatrace tools
